Based on out previous experience of more than a decade, we are sure and confident that your bespoke suit will perfectly suit you. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your garment, our team is ever ready to make any alterations required, and adjust your measurements for all future orders.

Conditions for Alterations:

You need to report for alteration within 1 week of the delivery of the garment.

If the report occurs after more than 1 week, any charge for the action will be borne by the customer.

You will have to make the suit available at the nearest Oscar Associate Tailor as directed by the customer care. If we do not have any Associate tailor in the city from where you made your order, we will reimburse for local alterations (up to $100). Or you may also ship the garment to be altered to one of our center as directed by the customer care. Oscar will cover all the shipment charges.

Send us three pictures (front, back and side) with the suit put on, so that we can see how your garment looks and the issues related to it.

Only first alteration if free, there after any alteration sought will be charged depending upon the kind after alteration required. Client will bear the shipping charge in this case.

If our team thinks, your made to measure garment cannot be adjusted, we'll remake it.

If that specific fabric we need to remake your garment is sold out, we will ask you to choose a different (hopefully similar) fabric of the same price range

If the adjustments can be easily made by a local tailor, we reserve the right to refuse to remake your garment.

The remake process is aimed at finding your perfect fit, so every customisation options you've chosen before will remain the same.
