Return / Replacement / Refund

  • Conditions for Returns

    Return of a garment is accepted only if the return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item under the following circumstances-

    • Delayed Delivery: If the garment is not delivered at your door step within 30 days of your order.
    • Item Completely Damaged: If the garment delivered is completely damaged in transit.
    • Item Partially Damaged: If the item delivered is partially damaged and is beyond repair and alteration.
    • Non Conforming Item: If the item delivered is totally different from the one that was ordered (different fabric/color/pattern/style etc).
  • How to Returns

    • Log on to your account at www.oscar-international.com, go to the order that you want to return and fill in the return request.
    • Your request will be examined by our Customer Service Team.
    • Once your request is approved, pack the garment into the original box or any other suitable packaging including original invoice or order confirmation email.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by the Customer Care Team.
  • Conditions for Refund

    • Once the item is received it will be inspected by the experts.
    • If the article is deemed returnable by our team, we will either remake the garment at no additional cost, or provide a full refund.
    • We will not accept modified garments.
    • We will accept only unworn and undamaged original item.
    • We reserve the right to refuse to refund you if the garment has been damaged.
    • Be sure items are in the same conditions as you received them If your return doesn’t meet the above listed conditions, the parcel will be sent back to you and there will be no return or replacement.
    • Once the refund is approved, you will be refunded within 7 working days of receiving your request with the same payment method you’ve used at the time of your purchase or through bank transfer to your account.
